As the Branch Manager, reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Ayr team and will be the face of our business in the region. With your extensive leadership experience, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, engage with customers, and lead a high-performing team. Your focus will be on creating strong connections with customers, ensuring smooth operations across the branch, and delivering financial growth through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business owners, driving growth and market share
* Sales Leadership: Oversee sales operations, ensuring high standards, effective management, and alignment with business goals.
* Financial Performance: Take responsibility for the financial performance of Sales, Service, and Parts, driving results and improving efficiency.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent practices and optimal operational efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Use key business metrics to monitor branch performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to support balanced decision-making and shared outcomes.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure the branch complies with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations, creating a safe and positive working environment.
About you
* Relationship Builder: An exceptional communicator with a natural ability to engage with team members and customers to drive success.
* Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in managing a site operation, preferably in the agricultural sector.
* Commercial Acumen: A track record of executing growth strategies, driving performance, and delivering results aligned with business objectives.
* Team Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, nurturing emerging leaders and creating a high-performance culture.
* Commitment to Safety: A strong focus on safety and a leadership style based on collaboration, integrity, and respect for others.
* Operational Expertise: A solid understanding of dealership operations with the ability to manage complex environments and deliver outcomes.
