Your responsibilities will include;
- Delivering high quality service to both internal and external customers
- Handling inbound calls from a diverse range of customers
- Staying up to date with product knowledge
- Coordinating client appointments for colour selection and walking them through the process
- Managing transport allocation
- Performing data entry for orders and credits/returns
