Responsibilities
* Empower, inspire and develop your team to achieve goals and perform at their best, utilising business programs and your initiative.
* Promote a customer-centric, safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership with a focus on driving sales and achieving budgets.
* Foster the best-ever customer and team experience by leveraging your people skills.
* Identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators.
* Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
* Inspire customers and the local community by tailoring store presentation and activities.
