Our continued growth has created opportunities for Sales Representatives to join our Business Development team.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Working across a diverse range of industries, you will represent IWM as a strategic partner, delivering tailored waste management solutions that add value to our customers and support long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
* Build lasting relationships with clients by their needs and aligning solutions.
* Develop relationships with strategic individuals and organisations that can provide opportunities for access to new clients.
About You
We are seeking a driven professional with:
* At least 3 years experience in sales, ideally with new business development experience.
* Sound organisation and administration skills together with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent time management and territory planning skills.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
* The ability to get results.
