Job Description:
Requirements: Gr12 (Matric) with an understanding of FAIS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Direction
o Implement the function's strategy and business plan within the department, explaining its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
o Motivate people to commit to these tenets and achieve local business goals.
* Customer Relationship Management / Account Management
o Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts.
o Identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
o Ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
* Sell Customer Propositions
o Configure a complex product-and-services solution that meets the customer's needs.
o Present the solution to customer representatives and negotiate agreement within commercial parameters.
* Sales Opportunities Creation
o Develop a personal network within the business sector.
o Represent the organization at business sector events.
o Obtain market intelligence and enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
* Performance Management
o Manage and report on the performance of a substantial team.
o Set performance objectives and hold individuals accountable for achieving them.
* Operations Management
o Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
* Promoting Customer Focus
o Develop internal marketing plans and improve internal relationships.
* Key Account Management
o Manage and develop important customer relationships.
* Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting
o Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts.
* Budgeting
o Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
* Organizational Capability Building
o Identify individual development needs and plan actions to build professional capabilities.
