About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support across our Australian and New Zealand operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Delivery: Process sales orders, manage customer enquiries via phone and email, and provide timely responses to resolve issues.
* Administrative Support: Assist sales representatives with quotes, enquiries, and reporting; coordinate national and international freight; process stock purchase orders and receipt inventory; and perform payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements across offices and assist the CFO with end-of-month, ad-hoc, and end-of-year reporting.
