Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our organization as a Superannuation Specialist. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will take full ownership of our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) function and direct workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end superannuation processing tasks, including contributions, rollovers, benefit payments, and compliance reporting.
* Provide technical support and subject matter expertise on superannuation regulations, particularly in relation to SMSFs and employer obligations.
* Prepare and review documentation for lodgements, compliance checks, and audits.
* Collaborate with finance professionals, auditors, and compliance teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integrity.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across superannuation platforms.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in superannuation administration, technical services, or fund operations.
* Deep understanding of Australian superannuation legislation, with a focus on compliance and reporting obligations.
* Familiarity with systems such as BGL 360, Class Super or similar administration platforms.
