MPHN is a community‐focused healthcare organisation funded by the Commonwealth Government to deliver the Primary Health Network program across the Murrumbidgee region of NSW. We work across a broad and diverse geography, from rural townships to regional hubs, partnering with health providers, community organisations and government agencies to reduce health inequities and strengthen the primary healthcare system. The Role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, you will be the CEO's key support and trusted partner, keeping them organised, informed, and focused while enabling the Executive Office to run smoothly. You'll manage high‐level communication, coordinate important relationships, and prepare clear, polished written materials including correspondence, briefing notes, reports, and presentations. Alongside this, you'll oversee general office management duties ensuring a professional, welcoming workplace. This is a dynamic role where your organisational strength, judgement, and initiative directly contribute to MPHN's mission of strengthening primary healthcare for our communities.
Qualifications
* 1–2+ years experience directly supporting an executive and staying ahead of priorities.
* An exceptional communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to prepare clear, high‐quality executive‐level documents.
* Professional, warm, and respectful, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrated discretion, sound judgement and the ability to work autonomously.
* Highly organised and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Tech‐savvy and confident using Microsoft 365 and modern digital tools, with a willingness to adopt AI‐enhanced workflows.
* A star at providing practical office management support, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations and helpful responses to general enquiries.
