Tasty Opportunity for this Cool Challenger QSR Brand | Fantastic Senior Brand Manager role Lead and Manage the entire brand strategy for New Zealand | Retail and NPD focus Auckland NZ | Great culture & WFH Flex | $140,000 Bonus About the role Reporting to the inspirational and people-first Chief Marketing Officer, you will manage and look after all marketing, brand and product strategy for all of New Zealand across their existing stores as well as new stores they will be opening over the next 12 - 18 months. It's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage all areas of the portfolio’s lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands, to the launch of campaigns including all advertising (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis. The responsibilities Take real strategic ownership and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all instore communications including new menu items Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is working and not working with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches What you need to be successful A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives A proven track record as a highly successful Marketing Manager looking for a tasty new challenge A background in FMCG/QSR/Food or B2C Product, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes Benefits Great salary and benefits | $140,000 Bonus and great benefits and an amazing culture Opportunity to shape their marketing strategy and make a significant brand and company wide impact South Auckland location A supportive, fun and collaborative working environment About the company My client is a Global QSR Brand and key to their growth is New Zealand.
