Massage Therapist – Full Time
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + super
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Massage Therapist to join our growing team at Lymphatic Massage Perth. We specialise in lymphatic drainage massage, with a strong focus on post-operative treatments.
This role is ideal for an experienced therapist who is passionate about helping clients reduce swelling, support recovery, and improve overall wellbeing.
About the Role
As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver our signature lymphatic drainage treatments to a wide range of clients, including those recovering from cosmetic and medical procedures. You will work closely with clients to support healing, reduce fluid retention, and enhance recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality lymphatic drainage massage treatments
* Assess clients' medical history, current condition, and treatment goals
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
* Support post-surgical recovery by helping reduce swelling and discomfort
* Educate clients on aftercare and self-care recommendations
* Maintain accurate client records
* Uphold high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care
Skills and Experience
* AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification in Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in lymphatic drainage massage
* Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and post-operative recovery
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
Desirable
* Current First Aid certification
* Health fund provider registration (if applicable)
