About the Role
The Gaming Supervisor creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests through warm and authentic service. This role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming regulations, as well as relevant gaming experience.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Actively engage with guests by sharing passion for our products and creating special moments.
Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility, focusing on safety, RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
Excellent people, detail and communication skills, motivated to deliver exceptional service.
Team player with flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.
Current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications.
Experience in gaming environments, regulatory compliance, customer service, punctual, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Inherent Requirements
Hands-on role involving manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs and deliveries.
