This role involves being the friendly face and voice of our busy service teams, answering calls with confidence and a smile in your voice, booking customer vehicles, and welcoming customers as they arrive. Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls with confidence and a smile in your voice.
2. Booking customer vehicles and helping line up the daily flow.
3. Welcoming customers as they arrive (you'll be their first impression).
4. Jumping in to support our Service Advisors when things get busy.
