Job Overview
This is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects across Queensland. The successful candidate will be based at our Townsville depot and will lead a multidisciplinary team to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a positive team culture and mentor, train and evaluate team members.
* Control project costs and ensure financial efficiency.
* Report on project progress and performance.
* Allocate resources effectively across personnel, equipment and materials.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
* Strengthen stakeholder relationships.
* Implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

* Proven experience in leading blue-collar workforce or supervising teams.
