Job Title: Workforce Enablement Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the onboarding and offboarding of third-party suppliers, contractors, and IT personnel. This role requires a deep understanding of supplier engagement practices, contract initiation, compliance alignment, and onboarding readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of third-party suppliers, contractors, and IT personnel.
* Design and execute scalable onboarding processes tailored to supplier engagement, access control, and compliance.
* Ensure all supplier onboarding activities align with security policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
* Collaborate with vendor managers and internal stakeholders to streamline supplier setup and transition processes.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting to support audits, governance, and supplier performance tracking.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supplier access, documentation gaps, and service continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven success in managing complex supplier onboarding and offboarding across multi-vendor environments, particularly within government sectors.
* Deep understanding of supplier engagement practices, including contract initiation, compliance alignment, and onboarding readiness.
* Strong expertise in supplier governance, performance management, and relationship building with third-party vendors.
* Familiarity with SIAM methodologies and end-to-end service delivery frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to ensure seamless supplier integration and disengagement while maintaining service continuity and minimising operational risk.
* Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to support supplier transitions, including procurement, IT operations, and security.
* Experience with ITSM tools and identity/access management systems to support secure and compliant onboarding processes.
* Security clearance: NV1 or NV2 required.
