Overview
Our client is a global equipment company with a no‐nonsense Perth workshop in Bibra Lake. A small crew that knows their stuff, backs each other up, and gets the job done. Early starts, real gear, good people.
Key Responsibilities
* Track equipment in and out (compressors, generators, tools)
* Manage stock and spares so nothing holds up a job
* Handle job sheets, compliance paperwork, and QA checks
* Coordinate with workshop crew and site teams
* Keep spreadsheets and systems running smoothly
* Make sure gear is serviced, tested, and ready to roll
Qualifications
* Worked around diesel compressors & generators (better if you can turn a spanner yourself)
* Organised and flexible; workshops move fast
* Comfortable with Excel (formulas, tracking, updates)
* Can juggle multiple jobs without losing the plot
* Enjoy being useful, not just busy
Setup & Compensation
* 8 am starts, free parking
* Monthly pay $80,000 – $95,000 + super
* Small team (Dan, Jon, plus two admin legends)
* Real training, clear support, room to grow if you want it
* You'll need an NPC (or be happy to get one) and pass a medical
