Job Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of 4+ remote supermarket retail stores in the NT.
2. Support the case management team to deliver a high-quality individual service to each participant on the ALPA CDP case.
3. Improve market presence & create opportunities for growth by optimizing ALPA's Ecommerce business practices.
4. Facilitate the digital transformation of ALPA & implement automated processes to assist in the digital evolution & efficiency.
5. Travel across remote communities in Arnhem Land & support the successful operation of our Supermarket stores.
6. Lead and manage ALPA's Registered Training and Higher Education Operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery.
7. Work closely with participants to identify barriers that may impact ongoing employment and provide post-placement support.
8. Support the GM for Corporate Services, coordinate company grant applications, and support Corporate Services major projects.
9. Travel to remote Indigenous communities to support Community Development.
10. Deliver training programs to participants based in remote locations in the Northern Territory.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in retail multisite management is required. Experience as a mechanic is necessary for managing the workshop.
