About the role:
You'll act on a broad range of recovery, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters involving banking and finance clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting documentation related to recovery and enforcement.
* Managing litigation files and multiple workloads.
* Attending court and undertaking advocacy work.
* Conducting research and reviewing legislative updates.
The ideal candidate:
* 1–3 years' PQE with experience in Banking & Finance, Recovery, or Commercial Litigation.
* Strong drafting, communication, and file management skills.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident managing competing priorities and delivering pragmatic legal solutions.
