About the role
We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can‐do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised support in a group home setting
- Assist clients at mealtimes, personal care, administer medication, and manual handling
- Support clients to engage and participate in their community
- Support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Assist clients with transport (e.g., using CPA minivan)

Requirements
- Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20-25 hours (this is a minimum requirement; there are 35+ hours available for those who wish)
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
- Live generally close to Hornsby and St Ives
