Salary: Starting from £33,000 to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) + great benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hrs per week)

About the Role
As a Product Governance Analyst, you'll support the Product Team with product development and product management, with a key focus on mortgage products and reviewing our offering from a Consumer Duty perspective. You will also advise and support the broader organisation on understanding Consumer Duty, how it promotes positive outcomes for customers.
What You'll Do
* Undertake market research and market monitoring to develop our product range and ensure appropriate pricing.
* Review our product offering through the lens of consumer duty, ensuring that our products are designed to support good outcomes for customers.
* Engage with all key stakeholders to gather the information required for the Annual Consumer Duty report and assist the Head of Membership to complete this within the required timeframe.
* Work with other members of the team to keep all product assessment, implementation and review processes up to date.
* Liaise with external partners to update product information, e.g., coordinating product set‐up with Unisys / Apprivo and ensuring all sourcing systems have been updated with new product information.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook.
* A positive, team‐oriented mindset with a can‐do attitude.
* Understanding of consumer duty requirements.
* Knowledge of mortgage and savings products.
* Attention to detail and experience of writing reports/formal papers.
