About the Role: As Email Campaign & Web Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning, building, and delivering email campaigns and website updates across TEG’s promoter brands. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Campaign team to deliver activity that drives sales, supports campaigns, and elevates the fan experience. You’ll manage a junior EDM & Website Executive and be responsible for performance, quality control, and innovation across our owned digital channels. Requirements What does a day in the life look like? Role Responsibilities: Plan and build email campaigns using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manage website content updates and homepage takeovers via CMS platforms Coordinate closely with Campaign Leads on briefs and delivery timelines Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and user experience Oversee testing, scheduling, and audience segmentation Analyse performance and deliver regular reporting and insights Manage a direct report, providing guidance and development support Explore opportunities to improve UX, email automation, and personalisation About You 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM roles Passion for music, sport and live entertainment Hands-on experience with email platforms (Specifically Braze) and CMS tools Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design and layout Confident working across multiple campaigns and competing priorities Familiar with audience segmentation, testing, and optimisation techniques Great collaborator with strong communication and stakeholder skills Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Desirable experience Experience in entertainment, events, or e-commerce industries Familiarity with dynamic content and journey-building tools Interest in automation, personalisation, and conversion optimisation Benefits At TEG, we offer more than just a job.
