Dreamworld is Australia's biggest theme park, and SkyPoint is Australia's only beachside observation deck, 230 metres above Surfers Paradise. Together, we welcome around one million guests each year, all here to create happy memories that last a lifetime.
We're seeking customer-focused Security Officers to join us in Part Time (20 hours per week) and Casual roles. These positions will be based at either Dreamworld or SkyPoint, however will require flexibility to travel between the sites as required.
What's the gig?
* Greeting guests, staff and contractors and coordinating site access
* Monitoring entry and exit points and conducting routine patrols
* Securing buildings, gates and park areas at closing
* Completing overnight checks, including temperature and welfare checks where required
* Responding to incidents and maintaining accurate reports
You'll be a visible and professional presence across our sites, confident in balancing safety with great customer service. At Dreamworld and SkyPoint, security is about protecting the fun – not stopping it.
To be considered, you must hold:
* Current QLD Security Licence (including unarmed and crowd control)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Security Officer (Monitoring) qualifications will be highly regarded.

You're approachable, calm under pressure and comfortable working in high-traffic, fast‐paced environments. You're a team player who can also work independently and you're flexible to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, evenings, overnight shifts and public holidays.
