About the Opportunity
MPS is a division of Sigma Healthcare, is a leading outsource Dose Administration Aid (DAA) provider. MPS delivers one streamlined solution for pharmacies and aged care facilities, enabling them to focus on better health outcomes rather than time-consuming DAA packing.
In this national role, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Partnerships Manager to drive growth and strengthen existing relationships across the healthcare sector. This is a pivotal role focused on expanding market penetration for our innovative medical software solutions and DAA services. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategic business plans to grow enterprise aged care and pharmacy accounts.
* Driving sales of MPS software solutions, including MediSphere, and achieving agreed targets and budgets.
* Building strong partnerships and influencer networks to deliver long-term customer loyalty.
* Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Representing MPS at relevant trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
What success will look like in this role:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within aged care and pharmacy sectors.
* Delivering compelling product demonstrations and tailored consultations to prospective clients.
* Developing tender strategies and negotiating contracts for enterprise accounts.
* Providing market insights to shape marketing campaigns and product development.
* Championing MPS guiding principles and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role works closely with the Aged Care Manager and requires up to 85% travel across regions.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Comprehensive sales experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical or aged care environment.
* A track-record in managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets consistently.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic thinker with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
* Familiarity in using Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel to an advanced level would be advantageous.
