Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Shepparton, VIC. This casual position (with the opportunity for fulltime employment) is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their enquiries are addressed in a professional and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone, in-person and email interactions
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
Process customer bookings, payments and any necessary documentation via budget car rentals web-based computer program
Recognise and allocate vehicles to suit customer requirements
Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
What we're looking for
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
Ability to learn web-based computer program
A friendly, professional and adaptable approach to customer service
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
