Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
o Ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
o Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, both within Australia and New Zealand.
o Support employee relations and oversee performance management processes.
o Contribute to HR reporting and workforce analytics.
o Work closely with the HR team and other departments to drive organisational goals.
o Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
o Offer expert HR guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
o A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
o Experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
o Understanding of employment laws and regulations, ideally both Australia and New Zealand.
o Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all organisational levels.
o Proactive and motivated attitude.
