Your new role
Due to an increase in workload, additional support is required for an experienced lift mechanic to join the team. Working across new installations and lift upgrade projects on sites throughout Tasmania, this is a hands‐on role covering both mechanical and electrical scope. You will be engaged across a variety of construction sites, supported by a strong workplace health and safety focus.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience within the lift industry, supported by a recognised electrical or mechanical trade qualification. You're someone who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes on site.
You will also demonstrate:
1. Experience working in commercial or industrial environments
2. A Grade electrical licence will be highly regarded
3. Strong mechanical capability with a solid understanding of lift systems
4. A motivated, self‐driven approach with the ability to work autonomously
5. High attention to detail and the initiative to see tasks through properly
6. A genuine commitment to safety and best‐practice procedures.
