About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our remarkable Customer Service team for this 3-day part-time, permanent opportunity.
Our Customer Service team are genuinely excited to help our customers - parents, internal team members, schools, suppliers and partners.
You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues to resolve customer queries. You will ensure remarkable service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, whilst continuing to build the TeamKids brand offering.
In addition, you will:
* Work well under pressure - during our busy periods our amazing Customer Service team can take over 700 calls a day
* Multi-tasker - there's phone calls, emails, and people in the office all vying for your attention, so it's important to prioritise and juggle as you go
* Attention to detail - an important skill when dealing with enrolments, payments, and all administration
* Strong conflict resolution - sometimes, customers aren't happy. It's the job of the incredible Customer Service team to work with customers to find a resolution and follow up feedback
* Assisting in trouble shooting - our Customer Service team are all-rounders, and have been known to help with everything from customer account errors to printers not working
* Team player - our Customer Service team are always ready to have a laugh, help each other out, assist any other departments, and to get stuff done
* Knowledge and experience using Fully Booked is preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of child care subsidy is a bonus
* Hours are 9:00am -5:00pm during the school term, and 7:00am and 6:30pm during the school holidays
