Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
* Lead by example, motivate and inspire the team, and deliver top-tier customer service.
* Drive floor sales, training, stock control, visual merchandising, health and safety, and store security.
* Assist with managing rosters, leave planning, and ensuring adherence to store policies.
* Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Qualifications
* Management or leadership experience.
* Ability to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Natural ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
