INDUSTRIAL ADMINISTRATOR - BATHURST
- Highly experienced administration / office manager - must have 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Have exemplary communication, administration and time management skills
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel
- Invoicing, purchase orders and procurement experience
- SAP software experience highly desirable
- Weighbridge / coordination of transport logistics highly desirable
- Professional, efficient and highly personable for quality customer relations for internal and external stakeholders
- Assistance to site management - ad hoc duties to ensure smooth running of industrial site
- Experience with meeting agendas, notetaking and employee assistance
- Experience in WHS, Safety and Compliance management
- Initiative and ability to undertake additional site tasks and training, with the view for longevity and progression within the role
- High reliability and strong commitment to work procedures
- Full time hours, Mon-Fri, early starts from 6.30am
- Must have own transport to site (outside Bathurst), pass D&A; testing as required
