Job Description:
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes. The individual will be involved in design, production, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of high-speed hardware design requirements and experience with Altium design tools.
A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in high-speed hardware design (PCBA) and proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, PCB assembly drawing, and technical specifications.
The successful candidate will also have good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, 8D)
- Experience in Altium design tools (Schematics and PCB design tools)
- Familiarity with relevant quality management system standards (e.g., ISO ****)
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g. AS****) is a significant advantage
