You will drive scope definition, feasibility, design integration, and constructability reviews to ensure buildable, compliant, and value driven solutions.
The role involves guiding projects from initial engagement through to a fully coordinated and costed package ready for delivery, ensuring risks are identified early and solutions are locked in before contracts are signed.

What You Will Do
Facilitate ECI workshops, presentations, and coordination meetings
Identify project risks and propose strategies to mitigate them early
Support cost planning and lead value engineering initiatives
Manage structured handover of ECI outputs to project delivery teams
Collaborate with teams to ensure buildable solutions
Review constructability for transport and install
Conduct feasibility checks and site reviews
Coordinate procurement for long lead items
Engage early with clients to set scope and goals
Act as main contact during the ECI phase

Skills Required
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or similar
5+ years in project management, pre-construction, or ECI roles
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competent with Excel and internal systems
