We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our Co-Curricular Education portfolio. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic vision, coherence, and quality of our co-curricular life.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire identity, belonging, leadership, and excellence in the lives of our students by leading and overseeing CGS Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and (where included) Clubs and Enrichment programmes. This is a rare chance to make a significant impact on the educational experience of our students.
This senior leadership role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual with the ability to implement initiatives, deliver projects, and manage change. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build constructive relationships.
You will work closely with the Heads of Primary and Senior School to ensure that all co-curricular initiatives are fully integrated with student development, pastoral care, and academic outcomes. The role carries oversight for safety, compliance, partnerships, and business development within the portfolio.
