Are you seeking an opportunity to work in a cutting‐edge facility with a supportive team? If so, we have the perfect position for you! MercyCare in Joondalup is currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a Permanent Part‐Time basis of 4 days a week.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to closely collaborate with care workers and residents' families to ensure the delivery of top‐tier occupational therapy services. Your key responsibilities will involve evaluating the effectiveness of individual OT plans and maintaining treatment programs with valuable input from the residents. This role will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to their overall well‐being.

You will be a dynamic and self‐motivated Occupational Therapist seeking to join a committed and enthusiastic team. Your ability to establish personalised connections will be a crucial asset in your role as an Occupational Therapist in our residential community. This skill will empower you to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of the best possible care.
Qualifications and skills
* Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration with AHPRA (Unrestricted)
* Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience in the prescription of aids, equipment, and home modifications.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
* Influenza and Covid Vaccinations (desirable)
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
