AutoXCarCare is a family-owned and operated membership program specialising in minor cosmetic repairs. We have endorsements from several OEMs, including Mercedes-Benz and Honda. Due to exponential growth and internal promotions, we are now looking to expand our team.
What’s it like to be a SMART repairer?
As a SMART repair technician, every day is different. Vehicle repairs typically take 2-3 hours, so the scenery changes frequently. There's no risk of being overwhelmed by large jobs and tight deadlines. Everything you need to perform your tasks is provided and is housed in our state-of-the-art mobile repair van.
This role will involve performing high-quality cosmetic paint repairs on vehicles, with necessary training provided to ensure all work meets our professional standards and consistent finish expectations.
We use the quality PPG Envirobase Paint system along with Mirka consumables. Our team, consisting of qualified spray painters, assesses the jobs, and our schedulers book the work for you. The repairs are then carried out at the member's home. We prioritise convenience and provide everything necessary for your success.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for skilled spray painters who want to step away from the workshop scene (and its politics). The ideal candidate will have:
- Good presentation.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and our team.
- Attention to detail.
- Robust problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn new techniques and skills.
- A manual driver’s license.
