We offer relocation assistance to help make your move easier. About the Role We’re currently seeking a Vehicle Estimator to join our busy workshop in Townsville. This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday – no weekends! ), offering job security and the chance to work in a supportive team environment with all the latest tools and technology. If you’ve worked as an Estimator or come from the workshop floor with quoting experience – we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Provide top-level customer service to clients and work providers. Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with company/insurer guidelines and targets. Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required. Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging. Manage parts procurement for repairs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional repairs. Ensure all repairs meet pre-accident condition standards. Deliver completed vehicles back to customers with care and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Experience in collision repair or estimating (essential). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
