Job Title: Mechanical Compliance Officer
Are you a proactive professional with a passion for ensuring mechanical compliance in a dynamic industrial environment? As our key resource, you'll be at the forefront of guaranteeing that all equipment meets statutory and legal requirements.
* Conduct thorough audits and inspections to ensure compliance and escalate issues where necessary.
* Maintain strong relationships with key regulators and contractors such as OTR and external auditors.
* Be the champion of compliance knowledge, keeping our systems and registers up to date.
* Collaborate with plant teams to embed a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
* A relevant engineering qualification (Trade, Diploma or Degree level) and significant experience in a heavy industrial environment.
* A keen eye for detail and knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (e.g. CMMS, SAP) and compliance standards.
* Strong organisational, communication, and influencing skills to drive results and inspire teams.
* A commitment to safety and a passion for fostering a compliant and efficient workplace.
