Seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to partner with our business team, providing expert legal advice on a wide range of contracts and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
This position involves drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, as well as working closely with bid and new business teams on tenders and contract negotiations.
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic solutions for commercial and financial services regulatory matters.
* Provide guidance on contract lifecycle management, dispute resolution and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Support the General Counsel in governance, risk management and policy development.
* Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of commercial law and regulation.
