The Role:
* Supporting process management in human resources
* Providing guidance on HR systems and procedures
* Representing the organization at community events and engaging with stakeholders
* Driving continuous improvement across operational processes
* Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to deliver an exceptional employee experience
About You:
* Hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Have experience in HR administration and working with HRIS systems
* Are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development
* Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups
* Are a team player with strong organizational and time management skills
* Confidently use Microsoft Office and open to learning new software
