Electrical Hardware Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent individual to contribute to the development of electronic systems, showcasing expertise in both hardware and embedded software.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting and reporting on sea trials, overseeing aspects like shipment coordination and trial setup, while responsibilities encompass collaboration with manufacturers, PCB layout work, comprehensive report writing, embedded systems development, signal processing, outlining system requirements, effective customer interaction, and organizing and executing sea trials.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring some of the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
* Programming skills in C/C++ and Python
* Proficiency in CAD, including 3D modelling and 2D dimensioned drawings
* Experience collaborating with manufacturers to create items, encompassing mechanical design and the meticulous proof-checking of drawings
* Recognised by and a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia
