Vault Minerals has an opportunity for an independent and self-motivated Site Administrator.

With over a century of mining history, Darlot is a cornerstone operation of Vault Minerals Limited producing high-grade gold production.
With a strong legacy, Darlot is focused on the future, optimising production and driving exploration programs to extend the mine's lifespan and uncover new resources.
The Darlot mine is located about 900 km northeast of Perth and 121 km north of Leonora, in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Site Administrator, the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and efficient administrative support to the Darlot Operations.
This position will be offered on an 14:14 FIFO roster from Perth.
Key responsibilities of this role will include: Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel and management; Manage site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation; Manage village occupancy and maintenance; Assist with daily management of operational aspects of the Village catering company.
Ensure the efficient operation of the site by maintaining records, document control, registers, files and ensuring accessibility for relevant personnel.
Coordinating site events and functions.
Maintain availability of PPE vending machine stock and ensure stationery supplies are readily available Assist with accounts and payroll; Data collation, entry and preparation of weekly and monthly reports; Display strong organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; Recommend and implement any relevant updates to the Administration processes and documentation; Daily use of MS Office, INX and Pronto About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a Site Administration role in the resources sector(FIFO); Strong understanding of mining processes and the multiple demands of site work; Proficient MS office, Pronto and INX (InFlight) skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work well in a small team environment; Self-motivated and ability to operate autonomously when required.
