Branch Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief – Banking – Ashgrove
Hours
8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 5 days per week.
Primary location: Ashgrove branch. Additional coverage required at Toowong and Indooroopilly branches. Valid driver's licence and transport necessary.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for Ashgrove branch customers, ensuring they remain central to all interactions.
* Identify appropriate products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Promote Smarter Banking options (self‐service and digital), making banking simple, easy and secure.
Qualifications
* Passion for delivering high‐quality, gold‐class experiences for diverse customers.
* Team player with strong attention to detail, ensuring each transaction is efficient and accurate.
* Customer‐centric mindset with appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
* No prior banking experience required – full training provided.
