Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production crew, you will assist in the hands-on process of mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete bathroom products. While no concrete experience is required, we need people with strong work ethic, clear communication, and physical strength to perform the job. Key Responsibilities
* Mix concrete and aggregate materials according to specifications.
* Operate tools, mixers, and machinery safely and effectively.
* Assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete products.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
* Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
* Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to safely lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
* No concrete experience is required, but prior experience in manufacturing, manual labor, or construction is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
