**The Opportunity**:
As our Digital Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our Paid Search and Strategy team. You'll share your experience in website analytics and will be responsible for end-to-end management and optimising of paid search campaigns across various platforms, while also leveraging website analytics to drive data-informed decisions. You'll be someone with a strong analytical mindset, loves strategic thinking, and has a passion for driving business results through digital marketing efforts. This is a great position for someone with prior experience working as a Paid Search Specialist, that is eager to flex their analytical skills.

**What you'll be working on**:

- Carrying out paid search budget planning and feasibility reviews for prospective clients.
- Helping define success criteria and ensuring measurement plans are in place.
- Building from scratch paid search accounts and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimisation to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
- Managing and communicating key differences by attribution models.
- Utilizing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track user behaviour, identify trends, and optimize website performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and web development to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimization of paid search campaigns.
- Generating regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Understanding of the capabilities offered by SQL database platforms and a willingness to learn these technologies if relevant.
- Creating and delivering of reports, and management of underlying structures and processes that enable them.

**What you can bring**:

- Proven experience in a similar role - advertising and marketing industry experience would be a bonus.
- Strong ability to manage data within spreadsheets using various formulas and techniques.
- A strong operational mindset and ability to deliver in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience using website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe.
- Understanding of the underlying data-models that drive website analytics platforms such as GA4.
- Experience using techniques such as custom segmentation to drill down into website data.
- Understanding of custom event tracking within website analytics platforms such as GA.
- Passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for our team and our clients.
- Solutions mindset, able to think critically and able to consider and response at pace.
- An ability to work effectively with a wide set of stakeholders with solid communication skills while also willing to work independently or directly with clients.

**Platform Experience**:

- Essential: Google Ads, Bing Ads. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 & Adobe Test & Target.
- Google Sheets / Excel (Advanced).
- Tag management Tools (E.g. Google Tag Manager.
