Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across Years 7-12, aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and VCE requirements
* Foster a classroom environment that promotes problem-solving, critical thinking and student engagement
* Assess and provide timely, constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement
* Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the Mathematics faculty
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and utilise data to inform teaching practice
* Participate in pastoral care and homeroom responsibilities
* Contribute to the broader school community, including co-curricular activities where appropriate
* (Desirable) Contribute to Physical Education as part of the teaching load
You will have
* Demonstrated experience teaching secondary Mathematics (Years 7-12)
* Ability to plan and deliver effective, structured and engaging lessons
* Capacity to support students across a range of abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes
* Confidence teaching across junior and senior levels, with VCE experience advantageous
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships
* Commitment to evidence-based teaching and ongoing professional development
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
* Willingness to contribute to pastoral care and the wider school community
