Senior Technical Lead - FinCrime & Consumer Remediation This is a permanent role based in Sydney (Barangaroo) or Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise), with flexible working arrangements available. You’ll be hands‑on, collaborative, and passionate about building well‑designed, scalable software that makes a real difference. What do I need? Strong experience building full stack applications, ideally customer or staff‑facing platforms at enterprise scale Solid capability across modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services, with a focus on clean, maintainable code Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working within CI/CD pipelines A quality‑first mindset, including testing, security, and performance considerations A collaborative approach, with the confidence to mentor others and contribute to a strong engineering culture 4&43; years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in back-end development with Java (17/18&43;) and the Spring Boot framework. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with microservice architecture and design patterns. Proven experience in front-end development with TypeScript and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Why join us?
