This role is key to helping Crown Resorts connect our new campaigns with our valued guests. The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering effective creative solutions for all the Crown Resorts brands.Reporting into the Head Designer, your role would include but not be limited to;* Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and clear communication with teams and stakeholders.* Create accurate, high-quality artwork across media channels, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with production and brand teams.* Support creative operations by managing workflow systems, maintaining brand consistency, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.* Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned design, staying current with industry trends, and maintaining clear communication with design and production teams* Proactively manage and liaise with different stakeholders (internal and external) to drive design projects forward**About You**To be successful in this role you will be a passionate creative graphic designer with the ability to deliver high quality work on time. This role would suit someone who has exposure to the fast paced nature of agency work or FMCG/retail environment.You will also bring the following;* Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality creative work.* Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.* Skilled in managing workflows and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.* Up-to-date with industry trends and technology, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, Bridge and Acrobat & latest Creative Cloud software)* Strong conceptual thinking paired with expert finished art skills* Reliable and organised, with a strong understanding of production processes and systems* Graphic Design degree or qualificationsYour portfolio of work is key, so please submit examples with your application. **Please note we are unable to consider applications that don't include a portfolio of work.**Applications Close: 3rd May 2026On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
