**THE ROLE**:
- Full training provided on the product range
- Deliver an excellent customer post-sales experience
- Document and report failures, product improvements & issues impacting customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge (product operations, specifications & capabilities)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
