About the Workplace Experience
The role of Workplace Lead involves overseeing and delivering exceptional workplace experiences at a client's head office in Adelaide.
This position manages a diverse team of concierges and coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas, including client suites, private wealth areas, executive floors, and general workplace spaces.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leadership and Team Development: Develop team members through regular performance assessments, training, and career progression opportunities.
* Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Operations Management: Oversee the delivery of all workplace experience requirements across your assigned workplace.
* Reporting and Communication: Generate reports and conduct presentations as per service delivery requirements and overall account management needs.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in hospitality or facility management, as well as experience managing teams delivering workplace experience. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
A demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatility in meeting changing client needs and requirements is desired. You will be proficient in relevant software and technology platforms used in workplace management and have experience with financial reporting.
