The Senior Technical Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-performing ServiceNow projects and services, responsible for configuring and customizing the platform to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and UI elements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
* Explore and test ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript).
* Conduct code reviews and quality control to ensure maximum efficiency.
Must have:
* ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification.
* Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
* Expertise in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations.
