We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead a new direction for our Whitfords store.
* Promote a positive customer experience and drive sales floor performance.
* Liaise with regional management to set goals and targets.
* Lead and motivate your team to live out values of honesty, bravery, integrity, innovation, and optimism.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising and styling plans that drive sales and customer engagement.
* Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory to meet business needs.
