As a Senior Manager, Entrepreneurship Delivery, you will: Forge strategic partnerships with industry, government and investors to accelerate entrepreneurial outcomes. Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement to drive unified, university‑wide innovation initiatives. Build and execute a strategy that expands Deakin’s innovation ecosystem through new experiential learning and entrepreneurial connections. Secure sponsorships and collaborations that strengthen and sustain program offerings and commercial opportunities. Position Deakin as a thought leader by delivering agile, high‑quality innovation programs, supported by strong governance and effective program delivery. To be successful, you’ll have: Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources. Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in program facilitation, workshop design or entrepreneurship education. Demonstrated experience designing or facilitating workshops, training programs, or experiential learning activities. Experience in entrepreneurship, innovation or startup environments with an understanding of venture development activities. Experience in initiating, development and managing multiple projects simultaneously within an agreed timeframe. Extensive experience in establishing and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels, including working with industry partners, mentors and external facilitators.
